What is your favorite thing to do on a rainy day?

My favorite thing to do on a rainy day is to walk outside...that way no one can tell Im crying. No just kidding. But I do like walking in the rain if it's not that super cold rain like there was today (grrr) and if I have the proper rain uh...gear :D

There are people in the next room doing acid...and I'm going to bed at eleven thirty...*le sigh* the story of my life...

I just got back from going to one of my teachers for a little extra assistance if you will. She teaches 3D design which deals with sculpture and all that kinds of good stuff...and from what I've heard she's this like...gung-ho lesbian feminist hard-core nature sorta chick. And suddenly I was inspired! This is a big deal on my part seeing how since arriving at the school I have been doubting myself as an artist and creative thinker...and while I know this minor inspiration isn't going to solve all of my artist identity problems well...its a start right? Anyway I was thinking about how I could put my views on feminism and also racism into my art! I could even make that my main focus sort of! As a black female creative soul I have so much I can take from my life and put into my art! And the awesome thing is that would make so much more sense that creating things based on things I have little or no contact with! That's the entire point of art! To visually express feelings or views or ideas based on the things YOU as the artist have come into contact with! Mind you I am majoring in graphic design for like...advertising and stuff but I still have a love of the fine arts as well...and I can use my new found inspiration in both fields :) So aside from that awesome news I have included a picture I would just like to point out. I know its not of me but that's the thing. I'm never going to show you my face or probably my entire body because I want this to be anonymous fun...for me lol. So since I can do this from my phone I can include random photos of things that either represent me, are a small bit of me, or show pieces of my daily life. Fun right? Stay tuuuned!
